Totally adaptable control system
The control system, mounted adjacent to the scratch resistant viewing window, enables the operator to gain a clear view of the grinding process and can instinctively adapt the operation.
Traverse System
Variable speed traverse system with powerful grind wheel motor
The variable traverse speed system gives users ultimate control over their grinding practices, helping to cope with ever-changing bedknife materials. The powerful grind motor can run CBN or ceramic grinding stones with total flexibility on running speed.
Mounting Magnets
Rapid set up process with tri-magnet design blade mounting bar
Once activated, magnets hold the bedknife in place for easy alignment of quick release pins. Depending on the users’ preferences, the tri-magnet assist can be switched on or off during the grinding process.
LED Lighting
Enhanced visibility for the operator
The LED lighting and scratch resistant viewing panel considerably improve visibility, providing the operator with enhanced control during the grinding process.

To own your own set of grinders, is an investment for any golf club but it gives you control and convenience over maintaining your mowing fleet, you can go out and do that top dressing, without having to worry about. For example, when we got a competition at the weekend, it will impact the quality of the cut.

The Bernhard and Company grinding system that we currently own has enabled us to run a much smoother maintenance operation. In the past, it would take us an entire day to sharpen one mowing unit, whereas now we can sharpen as many units in a day as we would ever need to.

We’ve never ever had a problem with the grinders anything that needs updating it’s been done very quickly and efficently and for us we wouldn’t be without them now.
The biggest major we have in this country was here… so for us, we needed to have the top machinery across the board.
